I'm sure everyone will be interested in some pictures of the new addition once she arrives. There will be a website with some pictures online available in the late afternoon on Wednesday. Below is the info. These will be the only pics until we get home which will hopefully be sometime on Friday (fingers crossed).

Which Twilight character are you?

Take the Quiz and Share Your Results!
You are thoughtful and care very deeply for your family. A loving home is of great
importance to you and you always try to make people feel welcome. Although you have a great capacity to love, you also have a great capacity to hurt, so at times you can be
sensitive. You're firm when you need to be, but people trust your judgment and
appreciate the kind way you always handle things.

Cool Tag
There are a lot of "tags" that go around the blogging world. Some are a little redundant at times but mostly fun. I just got tagged by my cousin Jen and this one is pretty cool as I have not seen it before and does not require you to answer a million questions about yourself. :) You have to go into your pictures and open up the 4th folder and go to the 4th picture. Post the pic on your blog and tell a little bit about it. That simple. Here is mine. My 4th folder was of pictures used to make a family calendar last year. The pic is of my sister KayDee and Easton when we all went to Cancun. Aren't they cute?!

I now tag Angie, Kelly, Liz, Mindy, Maren, Christan, Tiffany, Jennie, and Tammy.

Preparation
So for all of you who have at least 2 kids . . . . . . I want to know how to prepare the first for when #2 comes along??? I've heard all kinds of stories about kids reacting different ways to when you bring baby #2 home. Easton knows all about baby Mia in my tummy but when I ask if he is ready for baby Mia to come live with us he says "no mom, not yet." I really think he will do okay once he realizes the extent of the situation but does anyone have any last minute advice?
I just can't imagine loving another child as much as I love Easton but that is the capacity of a mother, enough heart to love them all. Easton has grown up too fast on me. He cracks me up with his cute little personality. His mind is like a sponge and if I ever start wondering where he picked something up from, I can guarantee it's from me or Scott. Little things we don't even realize we do or say. Incredible!
We recently got a home security system that beeps every time an exterior door is opened and it indicates which door it is (to help reduce my paranoia of Easton walking out of the house without me knowing). Quite often we will be going out through the garage to get into the car to run errands and a voice says "beep beep . . . garage door." Easton now responds by saying "O.K. lady!" It's hillarious! Also during sacrament meeting at church he has taken to saying things very loudly, determined to provide a little entertainment to those around us. There have been quite a few incidents but my favorite was a few weeks ago when he had a bit of a crusty booger hanging half way out of his nose. I did the motherly thing and tried to "remove" it. Right after my failed attempt (Easton is too quick) he gives me this look and yells "no mommy, stop pickin' my nose!" Needless to say my face turned a few more shades of red as half of the congregation turned to look at us. We still love him!

The best thing to happen to a backyard!
On Tuesday this beautiful sight was assembled in our backyard and we couldn't be happier!

I am now feeling like I'm ready to have a little one at home now that I can send Easton out in the backyard to play. Oh, and our fence got finished so he can't go anywhere. I love it! All I can say is bless the people at Home Depot and Rainbow Play Systems for offering installation on these things! We would have never survived!

"Word Verification". . . what a pain!
So yesterday morning when I woke up at 4:30 a.m. and couldn't go back to sleep I decided to catch up on some blog reading. It was dark, obviously, and I couldn't turn on a light because the computer sits just outside the bedroom doors. My hands were feeling swollen and a little tingly as they usually do in the morning (can't wait for that to end). So there I sit in the dark with tingly hands trying to leave comments on blogs and then at the end I am forced to type in the darn "word verification." I consider myself to be able to type fairly well but does anyone else find it challenging to type those in correctly? And it's not even a word. It's a random jumble of letters that your fingers cannot type out smoothly. Sometimes on the real crazy ones if I mistype it more than once I just forgo leaving a comment all together. It gets very frustrating at times. So I went into my blog settings and found out that I have that darn word verification on too! It says it's to reduce the amount of "comment spam." I have never received any spam comments nor have I heard of anyone else receiveing any so I turned it off. Please enjoy leaving a comment on my blog "word verification" FREE! :0)

The infamous frog
I now introduce the unlucky tree frog who experienced super sudden death and lost it's life in our front door. This was the frog I had meant to take a picture of the day we discovered my camera was stolen too. I feel bad for the poor thing. It sure was a tricky spot to get into in such a short amount of time. Now we are more careful to watch out for them. They are mostly only out in the evenings and at night though.

Rest in peace little frog! (Scott and I are arguing over who gets to "remove" him.)
