A Funny
Easton just cracks us up. We really don't think he has much of a clue about what's going on around him but he actually does! We were just finishing up dinner the other night and since Scott had a very busy day at work I told him that he needed some ice cream but it was too bad that we didn't have any. Easton is just sitting in his chair eating/playing with his food at this point. Scott asked me if I wanted him to go get some ice cream and all of the sudden Easton gets a big grin on his face and says "yah!" He then proceeded to take one more bite and then he said "done mama, done" in hopes to speed along the ice cream purchasing process. :0) I told him no, that he would have to finish his dinner before he could have ice cream. So then he started shoveling food in his mouth like there was not tomorrow. We actually had to slow him down so he didn't choke. He sure is a smart little fart and keeps us laughing all the time.

Isn't it amazing?! Cutler doesn't really say words yet, but he nods or shakes his head, and points and all that stuff. They are so smart - they really do know what you are saying.
He's growing up! We have just started to realize that Carter knows more words than we give him credit for, it's crazy how thy pick it all up and store it in those tiny little heads to bring out for some later use.
That was a cute story. Thanks for sharing. Better keep ice cream around for later use.
I love it! So funny when they surprise us with how much smarter they are than we realize! Just wait till he starts copying everything you say...'freak', 'dang it!' & 'that's gay' didn't sound too great coming out of Averee's mouth! :0)
