Reality TV

Those of you that know me know that I LOVE my reality TV shows (Bachelor, Biggest Loser, Apprentice, Lost, Survivor, & Amazing Race). Thank heaven for the DVR so that I can watch them when I get a free moment after the kids are in bed for the night. And thank heaven that they are not all on at the same time!!!

Lately I can pretty much count on crying every Tuesday night (or whenever I get around to watching Biggest Loser). What is it with the contestants this season? I've never seen a group that cries so much! It's aready enough of an emotional show without all of that. :0)

The Bachelor is winding down and I am super excited for the finale! My views on the girls have changed over the course of the show but I think I am rooting for Jillian. ALso can't wait to see what happens when the crazy Deanna returns, but I know Jason won't even consider it.

Hooray for Survivor starting this evening!!! It's in the Brazilian Highlands and is supposed to be one of the most rugged locations to date. There is a guy on there that is LDS. Straight and not gay like the last one. :0) The Race starts up soon too!

And Lost . . . . . I am lost with Lost! I would have stopped watching long ago but you pretty much have to watch until the last episode of the last season if you want to understand anything. Anyone else feel like that?

Dang I love me some reality TV too! I am 100% addicted to The Bachelor. Molly and Melissa were always my favorite the whole season until this past monday night. Now I think I'm rooting for Jillian too. I think it'll come down to Jillian and Molly for the final 2. I've loved Jason since last season and if he even considers Deanna then he's a loser! She totally lost him and doesn't deserve him one bit. I seriously can't wait til this monday night. I love the overnighters and it can't come soon enough! I'm glad that i'm not the only one that still hasn't given up on this show! haha

I love reality tv too, unfortunately I don't have a DVR, so I miss a lot of them. I try to keep up as best I can, but sometimes get lost. I love the bachelor too. I don't even know why, but I enjoy that show. I am kind of hoping for Melissa but I'm not sold on any one person yet. I sure hope he doesn't go for Deanna. I absolutely LOVE biggest loser too, but haven't seen the most recent one. Dallin recorded it for me, so I plan on watching it today or tomorrow. I guess I'll bring my kleenex's. :)

I'm glad you are around to let me know when Survivor starts! I swear I always find that out from you.
And Lost! I'm totally addicted and I'm starting to get it more, but I'm still lost too! I guess that's what makes it a good show. You have to keep watching it!

Kevin & I are so excited for the Amazing Race to start back up again! I quit watching Survivor a few season's ago, only because I had too many shows to keep up on. But now that you say there's an LDS person on, maybe I'll just have to sneak a peek! It's always fun to watch their behavior and "judge" them. Horrible, I know. You know about the 3 LDS contestants on Biggest Loser, right? I could actually pick them out before I knew which ones they were!

Yes! I'm lost with Lost. I'm about ready to give up on it, but my husband is really into it so I press forward and nod and smile when he says, "Oh! did you see that!"

My other shows are 24 and the Office. Really, the Bachelor? I have friends who watch that and I give them the head shake. Do you find the girls fake? Do you cry in that show too? I'm going to need some answers.

Love it, hope you're doing good. Miss ya!

Okay, is there ever going to be a good LDS example on these shows, or do those types know better? Did you see what Tyson did tonight on Survivor?

Don't stop watching LOST! It's the best ever.
As far as last night's survivor goes, I busted up laughing when the big black lady tied her dress in some big knots over an...akward location. Also, mormon guy looked a bit pansy, I must admit. Now..for The Bachelor, I'm thinking Jillian is a good match for him too.

We love the Biggest Loser, Survivor, The Amazing Race and Lost. Although, I don't think that Lost qualifies as a reality show! Pretty far from reality!
