On Friday Easton thought he had died and gone to heaven when he got to spend all evening with not only one friend, but two! They found all kinds of things to do and even got to decorate Valentine's cookies! (As always, click on picture for a better view.)

Your blog is so stinkin' cute Jess! How did you do those fun collages? Oh...I was going to tell you that I got my camera at Costco and aside from the lens it originally has (18-55 mm) it came with an additional lens that is 55-250 mm. Of course I have no clue what all this means (zoom range?). I'm signed up for a photography class that starts in a week that will hopefully teach me how to use it. :)

K Jess...quick camera question. I'm just playing with my camera in auto and I can't see pics in the viewfinder (is that the big square you view the pictures in?). Is that the case or is there some way to be able to see what you're going to take a picture of on the viewfinder in auto? I'm not loving looking through the small camera square because I can't wink. I'm clueless - do you understand my question? Do you usually shoot in auto or have you figured out the manual modes?
