For the Memorial Holiday we wanted to keep our South Carolina camping tradition alive so we decided to head to Enterprise. We set up camp near the Dutchman Cabin (a little old cabin used to sleep in while the cowboys are out riding in the hills for cattle).
We were using a new tent and although we enjoyed all of the room inside, it did not keep us as warm overnight. The kids didn't seem to notice though so it was all good. We did some fishing at the reservoir where Easton caught his first fish ever! He ended up getting one more as well. :0)
We also did some hiking (of which the kids did not last very long).
The weather go VERY windy on us to the point that the tent pegs were pulling out of the ground. It would have made for a long night so we decided to pack up and head home. We unloaded and headed up to the cabin in Kolob to join my family for the rest of the break. Sleeping at night was much more enjoyable. LOL!
