Rappelling Crash Course / Zion

In preparation for some Zion canyoneering to happen later in the week, my dad and I took Tina and Sheila up to Chuckawalla Wall for a crash course in rappelling. :0) Turns out they were both pros! I haven't been in forever so it was a little exciting for me too!
Later on we headed up to Zion to pick up our permit for the Subway. It was storming when we got up there and there were flash flood warnings. They would not issue our permit so we waited for the storm to pass and then decided to head on up the canyon to explore.
