Brianhead

We got to go spend a few nights up at Brianhead with the family and go skiing and play in the snow. Papa rented Ryan Andersen's cabin and it held all of us perfectly. The kids' favorite part was the big room with all of the bunk beds. They got to have one giant sleep over! It was a lot colder outside than what we were used to but it was a lot of fun!

We got to eat Papa's pancakes one morning. Our favorite!!!

Easton wanted to try snowboarding for the first time.

I had to be creative in order to fit into my snowboarding clothes but somehow I squoze in (zipped undone) and managed to work with Easton a little bit until Scott go there.

He did pretty well for his first time! He also tried skiing for a bit but he decided that he likes snowboarding better. :0)

Since they wouldn't let me go up the lift without a board I sent Easton up with Scott and Lindsey to try coming down the hill.

While everyone else was on the slopes I took Mia and Jordan out behind the cabin to try and go sledding. The snow was soo deep that it proved to be pretty tough to even walk around but we managed to find a small hill and go down a few times before it got too cold.

After his second half day on the slopes Easton was pooped!!

Jordan, Saidee, and Mia all had matching thermals. Special sale at Hurst! Jordan didn't mind wearing pink at all! :0)
