Santa Clara Dike Break

Around 1:00 p.m. yesterday the dike up above Dutchman's (the walkway to the middle school) broke due to heavy rainfall. A TON of water rushed down and hit Dutchman's and continued southward through the Vineyards and eventually made it through Grandpa Frei's field and down to the Santa Clara River. The results were devastating!!!! Many homes and businesses have been completely flooded out. There is going to be a lot of help needed in the weeks to come. What a crazy thing to happen!
